What makes PepCycle different
Your data survives
Stored on your iPhone, synced privately through your own iCloud. No account, no PepCycle server, no history lost when you change phones.
How the data model works →Built for real protocols
Every-N-day intervals, on/off cycling, titration plans, blends in one vial, and vial masses with no ceiling — 5 mg or 1,000 mg.
See every feature →A math tool, not an adviser
The converter does arithmetic on numbers you enter and nothing else. No dose suggestions, no protocol recommendations, ever.

Most tracking apps break on the same four things
Read the public reviews of any peptide or GLP-1 tracker and the same complaints repeat. We treated that list as a specification.
- Lost history
- “Three months of entries gone after an update.” PepCycle versions its database so updates migrate data rather than replace it, and syncs to your own iCloud.
- Rigid schedules
- Weekday checkboxes cannot express every-3-days. We model intervals, on/off cycling and per-compound schedules instead. Why that matters.
- Vial-size ceilings
- A 50 mg cap cannot hold a 100 mg GHK-Cu vial or a 1,000 mg NAD+ vial. We have no ceiling.
- Paywalls after setup
- Entering your protocol before seeing a price is a sunk-cost tactic. The price is visible before you type anything personal. Free vs Pro.
Features
Everything a real protocol needs
Injection & pill log
Log every injection, pill, vial or blend with dose, site and notes. Backdating is a first-class feature, not an afterthought.
Reconstitution converter
Convert mg / mcg / IU / units and work out syringe volume from the numbers you enter. Deterministic arithmetic — it never suggests a dose.
Your data survives
Everything stays on your device and syncs privately to your own iCloud. New phone, same history. No account, no server, no data loss.
Real protocol schedules
Every-N-day cycles, titration steps, on/off weeks, and multi-compound stacks — modelled properly instead of forced into a daily reminder.
Visual site rotation
Pick injection sites on a body map and see which areas you have used recently, instead of typing free text into a notes field.
Trends worth showing a doctor
Adherence, weight and side-effect trends in clean charts, exportable to CSV or JSON whenever you want your data out.
Free, no sign-up
Calculators you can use right now
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and none of them suggests an amount — they convert the numbers you enter.
Reference library
Written to be read, not to rank
12 peptide entries, 8 GLP-1 medication entries and 13 guides. None of them contains a dose, a schedule or a source — for unapproved compounds there is no established human dosing to give, and for prescription medicines that belongs to your prescriber.

Frequently asked questions
What does PepCycle do?
PepCycle is a private log and organizer for peptides and GLP-1 medications. You can track injections and pills, plan every-N-day and titration schedules, convert mg / mcg / IU / units, and record side effects — all stored on your device and backed up to your own iCloud. It is a record-keeping and math tool and does not provide medical advice or dosage recommendations.
Is there a free version?
Yes. You can start free with dose logging and iCloud backup, then upgrade to Pro when you want more compounds and the advanced tools. The price is shown before you enter any personal information — there is no paywall that appears only after you have filled in your protocol.
Does PepCycle recommend doses?
No. PepCycle never suggests, prescribes or adjusts a dose. The reconstitution tool is a unit converter: it performs arithmetic on values you enter, exactly like a calculator. All dosing decisions belong to you and your healthcare provider.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Your data lives in the app's local database and syncs through your personal iCloud account, which means we never see it.
What happens to my history if I change phones?
Sign in to the same Apple ID on the new device and your log restores from iCloud automatically. You can also export a full JSON or CSV backup at any time and keep your own copy.
Does it work for both research peptides and GLP-1 pens?
Yes. Lyophilised compounds that you reconstitute yourself (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, NAD+, and blends) and pre-filled GLP-1 pens (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda) are both first-class compound types, each with the fields that actually apply to them.
Can I log a dose I forgot to record last week?
Yes. Any entry can be created or edited with a past date and time, and vial contents recalculate accordingly. Missed and late doses are marked rather than silently dropped.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. Health entries never leave your device except through your own iCloud. We do not sell data, do not run ad SDKs, and do not have a server that stores your log.
One timeline for everything you take
Research peptides you reconstitute yourself and pre-filled GLP-1 pens, in one log that treats each format properly instead of forcing one into the other's shape.
